What is Vorthic’s policy?

Vorthic can accept your return within the first 14 days for a refund after you receive your package. If within 14 days you haven’t requested a return, sorry we could not help you with a refund due to our policy.

If you are eligible for our return policy, please note that we would not afford the shipping cost of your return if it is for personal reasons, and your returned goods and package should be in good condition.

If your return is due to product malfunction, please first take photos or videos of the item and contact us. We will cover your return freight and refund you. Or you can choose to allow us to reship a new one and receive a discount instead.

How do I start the return process?

To begin the return process, please email support@vorthic.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

What if I don’t have my order number?

To locate your order number, we will need a valid email address, your full name, and your shipping address for the order. The order number can also be found on your Vorthic account, your packing slip, as well as your order confirmation emails.

How should I package my return?

Please use a cardboard box to ship your return and include one paper with your order ID inside the package. Fill any excess space in your package using packing peanuts or bubble wrap to ensure that your item is not damaged while in transit to us. Items that are returned damaged due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

The return address will be provided by Vorthic. We kindly ask you not to post a return to us without contacting us first, in order to avoid inconvenience and unnecessary losses. Please note our return address is not the one on the parcel's label.

Before sending any returns, please reach out to our customer service team first. They will provide you with the correct return address and make sure everything goes smoothly.

Important: Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or lost — let us help you do it right!

How long will Vorthic take to process my return?

It takes anywhere from 5–7 business days to process a return once it has been delivered to our warehouse. If approved, your refund will be issued within 48 hours of processing your return. For US credit cards, it typically takes 2–3 business days for the refund to post to your account. For international credit cards, it can take anywhere from 5–7 business days for the funds to appear (sometimes longer depending on your financial institution’s policy).

If I need to return my order for a refund, am I required to return the free gifts that came along with it?

No :) Please feel free to keep any free gifts that came with your order at the time of purchase.

Does Vorthic provide return labels?

We do not provide shipping labels for returns nor do we cover the cost for domestic or international returns except in specific situations.

What happens if my return is lost in the mail?

We highly recommend saving your return tracking number until you have received confirmation from Vorthic that your package has been processed. Always take a photo of your return slip from the courier, as it may help in the off chance that your package is lost while in transit back to Vorthic. Refunds cannot be issued for items that are not received safely back to Vorthic. However, a claim can be opened if you provide a return tracking number which shows confirmed delivery back to Oakerly.

Why did I not receive a full refund?

Shipping fees for all orders are nonrefundable. Please note that we may deduct them from your refund. There are also certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

14-Day Return Policy

Our customers are very important to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your merchandise, you may return it to us within 14 days from the day your order is received (see details below). We will give you the choice of exchanging your returned items for other merchandise, crediting your account towards future purchases, or refunding your credit card.

The only cost to you would be the shipping fees plus a 20% restocking fee. Below are the conditions for a refund.

To Return

If you wish to return your order, please send us an email. Please ensure that you have read the following before emailing us:

• Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
• All original packaging, poly bags, display boxes and hang tags must be included.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• A 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
• We are not responsible for the package until it arrives in our warehouse. For this reason, we highly recommend that you purchase insurance for your package and obtain a tracking number before shipping it back to us.

Canceled Orders

If you place an order with us and decide to cancel it while it is in transit to you, you will be responsible for all shipping fees. Once a package has been shipped, it is subject to shipping fees both to and from your location. Canceled orders are also subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before sending back your merchandise.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Notices

  1. If a customer needs to return the product, it should be packed into the original box. If the original box is lost, the customer needs to pay an additional 25 GBP.

  2. In the following two situations, customers should bear an additional shipping fee of 50 GBP:
    a. Delivery fails due to the wrong address provided by the customer when ordering.
    b. The customer refuses to accept the package or does not pick it up when it arrives.
